Project 1

In 2022, our Project Team was selected as the prime contractor for this major steam system replacement in Morden, Manitoba, for the Western School Division. The scope included sourcing and managing the architectural, structural, insulating, asbestos, controls, chemical treatment, fire-stopping and air-balancing subcontractors. Our own forces completed the installation and commissioning of two high-efficiency condensing gas-fired boilers, complete with ancillary piping, fittings, pumps, and accessories, boiler room combustion and ventilation ductwork, and finned tube radiation baseboard heaters and enclosures throughout the school.
